Our Commitment

At Voltron Throws Club, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality coaching and a great experience for every athlete. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to be transparent and fair about how we handle refunds.

Membership Refunds

The Voltron Throws Membership is billed monthly at $50/month.

Cancellations can be made at any time by contacting us at voltronthrows@gmail.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
Once a new billing cycle has been charged, that charge is non-refundable unless an exception applies (see below).

Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate payment.
A serious medical condition prevents you from participating and you notify us promptly.
A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing membership content.

To request an exception, email us at voltronthrows@gmail.com with your name, the reason for your request, and any supporting details. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Apparel Refunds

All apparel sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on hoodies or t-shirts.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at voltronthrows@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Free Video Analysis

Our free video technique analysis is a complimentary service offered to new athletes. As there is no charge for this service, no refund applies.

How to Request a Refund

Email voltronthrows@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name]"
Include your membership start date and the reason for your request.
Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
