1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using voltronthrows.com and any services offered by Voltron Throws Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Voltron Throws Club provides:

Online coaching membership including recorded content and written programming.
In-person coaching at our Ohio-based facility, including access to throwing implements and training rings.
Free video technique analysis available to new athletes upon request.
Custom apparel including hoodies and t-shirts.

3. Memberships & Payments

The Voltron Throws Membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis at $50/month.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Voltron Throws Club reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at voltronthrows@gmail.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Voltron Throws Club.

5. Athlete Responsibilities

By enrolling in any coaching program, you agree to:

Provide accurate personal and athletic information.
Follow all coaching instructions and safety guidelines.
Ensure you have access to required equipment (throwing implements and a weight room with a free bar).
Acknowledge that athletic training carries inherent physical risks.

6. Health & Safety / Assumption of Risk

Participation in throwing sports involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. By using our services, you:

Confirm you are physically capable of participating in athletic training.
Assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
Agree to consult a medical professional before beginning any training program if you have any health concerns.

Voltron Throws Club, its coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injury sustained during training.

7. Minors

Athletes under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to these Terms on their behalf. By enrolling a minor, the parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for the athlete's participation and safety.

8. Video Submissions & Intellectual Property

Videos submitted for technique analysis are used solely for coaching purposes.
You retain ownership of any videos you submit.
All content on voltronthrows.com — including text, images, logos, and training materials — is the property of Voltron Throws Club and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Code of Conduct

All members and users of our services are expected to:

Treat coaches, staff, and fellow athletes with respect.
Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
Engage honestly and in good faith with all coaching communications.

Voltron Throws Club reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of this code without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltron Throws Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
